Programme intervention and recovery
Amber for four months, the same steering group, the same plan and a new date on the end of it. We put a senior independent practitioner in, matched to what is actually wrong rather than to what the report says. They tell you what nobody has said yet, and then they stay to fix it.

You need the capability now, not next quarter, and not as a recommendation. Experienced hands who take the work on, with no bench, no juniors billed as seniors and no recruitment fee. You are buying the person you met, not the logo standing behind them.

Most programmes do not fail on delivery, they fail above it. Sponsors are usually appointed on a Thursday and chair their first board on the Tuesday. Coaching that builds judgement rather than process, on a live programme, so the decisions get made and the truth gets heard.
