Why join

What the Alliance actually is.

A curated group of experienced independent professionals who build trust and capability together. Always people we know, never CVs pulled from a database.

Reason 01

Matched to a problem, not put forward for a vacancy

Client relationships built by the group and shaped before they reach you. Where it fits, members get first refusal on work Sentien has won, and the brief before it goes anywhere else. Independence should not mean waiting for a recruiter to think of you.

Reason 02

People who chose independence and did not choose isolation

Surgeries, special interest groups and a room of senior practitioners who will tell you what they actually think about your approach. Most independents lose this the day they go independent, and it is the single thing they say they miss.

Reason 03

Skills that move as fast as the work does

AI fluency and delivery tooling, built from what the Alliance has already learnt rather than bought off a shelf. Mentoring runs at no extra cost and in both directions, because the rung of the ladder should not be pulled up behind you.

Reason 04

What you sign, and why it is worth signing

Everyone who joins signs the same charter. It sets what we ask of you and what we will not do, and it is the reason a client trusts the introduction. A group vouching for you only means something if the bar is real, so we say no more often than yes.
