This site sets no cookies

There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no third party script of any kind. Nothing is stored in your browser between visits. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If you fill in a form

We collect your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write. On the practitioner form we also ask for your role, your areas of expertise, and optionally a LinkedIn address, where you are based, and your availability.

It goes to a shared mailbox inside our Microsoft 365 tenant, hello@wearesentien.com for client enquiries and join@wearesentien.com for practitioners. Partners of the firm can read those mailboxes. Nobody outside the firm can.

We use it to reply to you and, if it goes further, to do the work. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us, so you are expecting a reply.

We keep enquiries for two years and then delete them. Practitioner applications we keep for as long as you are in the Alliance, or two years from your last contact if you are not.

If you use the Delivery Signal

The twelve questions are scored entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent anywhere, and we could not read them if we wanted to.

At the end you can press a button to send us the four pillar scores. That sends five numbers and a timestamp, and nothing else: no answers, no address, no identifier, and we do not record your IP address, browser or country alongside them. It tells us the tool is being used and roughly where exposure sits. It cannot tell us who you are or which programme you were thinking of. It is entirely optional and you see your result either way.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which as a hosting provider handles the network request and holds standard server logs including IP addresses for a short period for security and abuse prevention. We do not have access to those logs as a source of marketing data and do not use them for that.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@wearesentien.com and we will deal with it within a month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner\'s Office at ico.org.uk.
